collar is nice, not sure about the sleeves though
 
The sleeves work well because of the plain body. I personally love a collar and think this is a lovely shirt.

The photos are of the players kit, you can tell because it has the EFL badge on it as well.

I would imagine the supporters versions will just have the front of shirt sponsor.
