Started getting into "The Strain" on Sky box sets, not bad, I am also late to the party with Homelans a very good watch if you haven't seen it although the character of Carrie Mathison played by Claire Danes takes a bit of getting used to, Claire plays the part exceptionally well I'm just not convinced the series needed her to be quite the way she is.
I just finished watching The Sinner season 2. Personally, I enjoyed the first one, but both were a good watch. Just started to watch Sunderland till I die, quite good, and you actually start to feel sorry for supporters. there again not a lot, but it does have similarities to our club.
Currently watching "La casa de papel" on Netflix. Only watched 2-3 episodes, but enjoy it! Spanish heist series. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/la_casa_de_papel/ Really been enjoying "Escape at Dannemora" as well. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/escape_at_dannemora/
I cry quite often watching Outlander but innit crap when you binge watch, catch up and have to wait 6 months or longer for the next fix?
Into episode 8 of Homecoming. Really enjoyed it. I think the fact that each episode is only 30 minutes long suits it.
Not a box set.....but my wife made us watch a rom-com on Netflix last night, Crazy Stupid Love.....alarmingly good....best rom-com i've ever seen, so if your missus is looking to sit down and watch a chickflick one night, suggest it, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Watched Birdbox the other night. Really good film. Edge of seat stuff. Also saw Extinction last night too. Didn't see the twist in that. Both really good Netflix productions.
I watched it last night too and don’t get the hype. The way it was edited also spoiled the fate of most of the characters which was a bit daft.
Enjoying it. But a plot line was only made possible in one episode by convoluted means regarding telephones which was unrealistic. To me anyway.
