I now for a fact from staff at the club that a few weeks ago he absolutely wanted the job till end of season.

Some people now saying personal reason means he's leaving but unless that's happened very recent then I don't believe it to be the case (although i'm not saying those personal reasons don't exist just that it isn't his reason for leaving).

His post game comments also made clear he's looking to get back into management so that rubbish's talk of personal reasons

The real reason he is leaving is that he wanted to bring in his own backroom team. Les didn't want him there and especially didn't want to lose his allies on coaching team with Warnock's team coming in.

So as soon as Warnock turned in a few performances and looked like he was going to get the side going, Les had to act quick before it became impossible to not give him what he wants.

Warnock after the game, "It's been a difficult 24 hours. I didn't expect it to be my last game"

Les has won the internal political battle to protect himself but harmed the club putting self-preservation first

If JFH fails then Les must go after turfing out such a great man who has done so much for this club

I was led to believe that his wife has cancer?

I've just watched his post match interview on QPR Player and he has made his first public reference to his wife being ill. He also said that ...

''It was great to hear the fans chanting my name up there but I was too scared to wave in case they scored. ''

''The Captain getting the winner finished my night off really. It was good. ''

Thank you Neil.
Thought he said on Sky he'd like to work as Manger again unless He was ill or something.

This is pure speculation and bordering to slander. You'll never win an arguement making up facts as you go along just to make your point. You should be careful or you're liable for lawsuit and/or police investegation.

This I have no problem agreeing with you on.

But can we keep this thread as sort of Neil Warnock celebratory thread? And not let it descend into a whitch hunt for Les Ferdinand. Thanks in advance <ok>

Warnock wanting to bring in his own backroom team isn’t speculation.

Its information that comes from a member of the existing coaching team and it’s a key reason that he’s no longer here

It’s entirely relevant

Yes it is but not your attack on Les Ferdinand which is pure conjection.

Keep saying that we should keep Neil, unless he has others things to deal with.
Top guy and has done more in 3 games than Ramsey did all season.
We need a steady pair off hands at this point not a gamble but what do i know.

Thank you Neil.

Never mind playing no recognised striker, playing Sandro & Faurlin together has changed the impetus of the side.

I hope that JFH will have noticed this & continue with the pairing.

I wanted Colin to stay until at least the end of the season. Whatever the reason, this has not materialised.
We do not know anything, really (I am not questioning your information, Peter), about what has happened behind the scenes.
I am not 100% certain about Les and his position, but do not buy into this conspiracy of him looking after #1 and his mates.
I am looking forward, and think that JFH, with the squad and possible injection of funds (if needed) he has inherited has all the signs of getting us another happy day at Wembley.
Wembley May 2016, fancy it?
