Ndong

West Ham had no intention of buying Carvalho I'd wager, they are linked with a Hollywood signing every year, never happens.

'Concerns over his fitness' after 3 weeks of negotiations? I call bullshit.

Didn't they do the same with Carlos Bacca last year?

They did indeed mate, there's one every year.

No way have they gone that far down the line without knowing if he had a knock, he's potentially one of the best in Europe you'd get that deal done.

Thinking about it, Primary target 40m Carvalho with secondary target 14m Ndong? Quite a dramatic differance from first to second target. Are they really saying the the next best player to Carvalho they've managed to scout is Ndong?:emoticon-0112-wonde

Not sure why West Ham want him when they already have Obiang and Kouyate.

Strange one.

Don't want him to go but centre mid is the one place we are flush so if he went and Grayson got the funds to bring in a centre back and a striker hey ho.
Hey ho?

We are flush in the sense that we have many midfielders, but he's our best. We don't have any other midfielder like him for his athleticism. I'm a big believer that games are won and lost in midfield. Cattermole and N'Dong are the best centre midfield partnership in the league, replace N'Dong with Gibson and we become slow and laboured. We can kiss goodbye to any chance of a promotion push without him.
