I wasn't too sure about it when it was announced but actually I think it's worked really well. It gives the smaller nations a real chance of a play off spot for Euro 2020 qualifying. Wembley was great on Sunday. A much better atmosphere than what there would have been for a regular friendly.
Has a couple of edges that need chipping off and smoothing up, but that'll happen in the next couple of iterations I suspect.
But, better than meaningless friendlies and I like the concept and how this first iteration has played out.

I wonder if the final results of this poll would be different if a certain Harry Kane hadn’t slid in and stick a leg out in the final 5 mins of our final game.
That said, I did enjoy each game, even the first loss to Spain I thought we looked good.

Have enjoyed it from the beginning and, although it's even better that we got to the semi-finals, I would still have voted it a good idea if we'd gone out. Even the relegated teams will have good opposition in the lower groups, so the next tournament will still be interesting for them...spiced by the chance of promotion again.
It was a pointless waste of time until England somehow managed to top a group containing Croatia and Spain, at which point it became a inspired initiative.
That's not a bad idea. There are currently four in-season international breaks (I think?) that are effectively two weeks each; compress that to two three-week breaks, one in autumn, one in early spring. You could play the four games of a group stage over the course of 17-18 days, it would mean less travel for players from outside Europe, and the time 'saved' could be used to provide a proper winter break. Think you've just earned yourself a £5m retirement package.
Could not care less about International football. There´s too much of it disrupting the flow of the season. Having said that, it is good that the 4 finalists are not the usual suspects.
I wasn't bothered about international football when Saints were flying...now I love international breaks...in fact you can't have too many of them.
The players don't seem to agree. A Croatian player cried when England scored late and beat them.
