Looks like a real footballer. He has that intangible ability to create space and time on the ball, you've either got it or you haven't. Could be wrong but I remember him tracking back and being faster than he looks too.
He'll get quicker too as he sharpens up, hoping it will lead to a classic Catts pressing aspect to him as I agree, he does look committed defensively.

That's not what they were saying though mate they said he was too slow over to try and block it, I didn't think that was a fair assessment.
He wasn't perfect but he was certainly very decent with JOS alongside. I'm no JOS fan but he does seem to have a good influence directing other defenders.
Is this about the Swansea Goal? My gripe was PVA out of position again. The player who made the assist collected the ball in his own half while PVA was near the center circle, he than attacked the space taking the ball 40 yards unchallenged to lay a simple ball on for Gomez.
