I don't know if he was charged, but personally I found Big Nige's infamous ostrich comments much more unsettling. He was genuinely intimidating and a little bit scary. Moyes on the other hand was smiling and laughing as he said it and the reporter in question laughed along.
Like I said, the world's gone mad, and sadder still many seem to think it's normal.

He wasn't actually charged, but he was reprimanded by the FA and warned about his future conduct.
 
**** me, managers get sent to the stands for kicking a ****ing water bottle and sometimes charged by the FA for it. If that sets the bar, saying to anyone that they will get a slap, has to result in a charge.
