It's convenient to forget the wages but Balotelli's costing you £25m over 5 years.Milner costs £28m over 4 years. Ignore it all you like but we pay about half what you do in wages to finish above you. That's about £90m pissed up the wall. Each year. That's before our negative transfer fee spend of £40m in the last 5 years. In the last 5 years we've spent £690m less than you lot. That's over half a billion quid wasted. Mousers!

He's done well at Liverpool and I'm a big fan of his. Pochettino will no doubt work his magic with him and have him lookig like twice the player in a few months.
Only reason I wouldn't want him is that he's expensive, on high wages and it's not an area that I think we need to strenthen.

£20mill would probably be about right, considering he's a regular in the England team(always costs more) but frankly I'd probably take whatever we have to spend in the summer and split it entierly between 2 players, a striker and a defensive midfielder. Mason's not too dissimilar to Henderson and Winks looks a really good prospect so I'm happy with them as backup for Dembele.
Anyway, it's the Sun and whatever way you look at it it makes little sense so I doubt there's much chance of us even being interested in signing him in the first place.

Couldnt agree more, his biggest asset is his engine, he can be affective going forward at times but hes a wather carrier so to speak, certainly shouldnt be our captain and im sure klopp will give the armband to someone else next season, either a new signing or sakho imo

I said you waste money on average and poor players and that we achieve better results paying £100m's less. This is your 'response'. It isn't an answer at all, as you would see if you could take the time to read and understand rather than get angry and write the first negative that you think might irritate the recipient.
