Liverpool bidding £21M for Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa is surely confirmation that Suarez is on his way soon.

With Real targeting Bale, I hope this means that Liverpool are now accepting that Arsenal will buy Suarez <ok>

Dream on. Liverpool will never agree to sell Suarez to you, or any other Premiership club. If they are forced to sell, it will almost certainly be to a club from Europe.

Well Rodgers has said (before Suarez transfer rumours) that we need another first team attacker, as has gerrard. And the 21million is the same we bid for the armenian midfielder (again, before the Suarez rumours kicked off), so I fail to see how this is Suarez' replacement. I think if Suarez leaves we will most definitely get another player in using the 50million

This Costa is a nasty piece of work apparently. Like the La Liga version of Suarez (but not as good). Are Liverpool trying to be the new Stoke? Better football but hated just as much through stamping/raking/volleying in chest/biting etc

I note that Gunners' legend, Ian Wright, urged Goofy to stay at 'Pool.

Mousers will be glad of his support, I am sure.

It is understood that when Suarez signed a new contract in August 2012, he requested a clause that allowed him to depart if Liverpool failed to qualify for the Champions League and received a bid in excess of £40m.

I said, in an earlier post, that 'Pool stitched Goofy up by getting him to sign a contract with a numpty "release" clause. Mind you, how on earth Goofy believed that 'Pool had any chance of getting CL footy is beyond me. He must be as deluded as the Mousers.

So a player who said he wanted to leave the country because he hated the lifestyle and the press decides instead that he does want to stay in the country and play for one of Lafferpools rivals for the CL.

And what do the mousers do? Give him a heroes welcome such is their desperation to escape mid table mediocrity.
He's humiliated them and then stuck 2 fingers up and they still can't see what idiots he's making them look.
