Spurs would be a massive step up for him, I think we all know that.

One can imagine just how disappointed he has been with the "mighty" 'Pool. He will have heard stories about what a great club LFC was, but won't have realised, until after he had been conned into signing, that all of that was a very, very long time ago, before he was born, in fact. Yes, he's fallen for the bull5hit and he's given the club a chance, but he must now realise that 'Pool are a very long way from making any serious challenge for European honours, and he will look at Spurs (and the fantastic squad and set-up that we have) with envious eyes, and wish that he was a part of it.

He'd be far too much of a liability for a club like Barca or Real. I'm not really sure I want him at Spurs. As I say, he'd have to undergo a massive improvement in his attitude to win me over.

You speak more **** than David Koresh.

Im sure Luis Suarez opinion of you is really, 'Tottenham Whatspur?'

I'm sure he know's who we are and what position in the table we are,and which one is more likely the two to get cl if either one do

I wonder if Chelsea might take a punt on him in the summer? Looks like they'll offload Torres and bring in Falcao, so the two South Americans would make a very dangerous pairing.
With Mata providing the service for them, I think they'd frighten most sides.

I know RA has lot's of dosh, but could he afford both, and there's ffp to think about.

Might depend upon who they can offload and replace from their ridiculous amount of loanees they've got spread around Europe.
De Bruyne already starts a lot of Belgium's games instead of Hazard and Lukaku's shown what he can do at West Brom.
If they get the likes of Essien, Benayoun, Malouda, Ferreira and others off the payroll, then that'd free up a lot of wages, too.

If they want to get rid of Lukaku,we could do a lot worse, think he could be just what we need

Can't see it. He looks like he could become another Drogba, though probably not quite as good.
If they bring him back next season and use him correctly, then he'll offer a very dangerous option from the bench, in the cups or against sides parking the bus.

We all know that if a CL club makes an offer for Sewerez this summer, then he will be demanding a transfer quicker than he goes down in the penalty box.

Suarez does have that clause allowing him to go to a CL club - and Chelsea would certainly have a punt at activating that clause if they did finish in the CL positions, although as with Demba Ba you get the feeling it would be to prevent him playing for a rival instead of improving their team (as they did with Ba, Oscar, Moses, Marin, Lukaku, Meireles, Cahill, Sturridge, Sidwell, Mikel, Parker...)

Indeed.

And don't forget, also, that they let 'Pool have Joe Cole.

Shrewd move.

To be fair, plenty of clubs let Liverpool have Joe Cole - Chelsea didn't renew his contract, Man Utd, Arsenal and Spurs were put off by his expectation of a wage increase after several seasons on the Stamford Bridge treatment table, so it;s safe to assume he was a Comolli signing from the David Bentley school.

If Suarez goes we'll make upwards of £40M, probably.

Out of your price range I'm sure. Actually, the entire thought of it is, as I'm sure you know, laughable.

If he moves, which is quite likely, it'll be to a bigger club than Liverpool is currently. So... certainly not Spurs. Not being a dick... just realistic.

Chelsea however... would the club do it after the Torres sale (not counting Raul Meireles - different kettle of fish)?

Bayern, Barca, Real are the clubs most likely to want and afford Suarez.

Actually, 'Pool might end up doing a Torres + £10million cash deal for Goofy, with Chelsea.

The Mousers would love to see their ex-hero back, even if he is now completely pants. Didn't you take Robbie "I snort the touchline" Fowler back for a second stint?

They were talking about unbanning people from there board earlier, I don't think you made the cut :(

Jesus! You Mousers are far too immature and insecure to ever permit me back on your board! I'd tear you lot new ones every time I popped over there for a spot of debate, and the only retorts that your scallywag wits would have would be vile, personal invective. Your lot are far too stupid to appreciate the kind of banter that I bring to a board.

Nah. You'd best stick with all those thick United supporters that you banned; that's more your level. Mind you, within a couple of weeks, your trigger-happy mods will be banning them all, again.
