Bill Nick never got one.....and he was the first manager this century to win the double and a European tournament! TOTTENHAM DID IT! NO ONE ELSE COULD DO IT UNTIL SPURS DID IT!!!!!
Is it though? Not sure you should get one for doing your job, unless your job is one that involves self sacrifice and service. If you have to have them at all, they should be for contributing over and above your job.

Daley was unbeaten at his multi-discipline sport for eleven years. Olympics, World, European and Commonwealth champion. Well worth a knighthood when compared with others who have got one for far less.He went well over and above his job for the Hillsborough families and lots of other charity work as well. If you're looking for people who get the honours just for doing their job then look no further than politicians, civil servants and the military. I also heard Daley Thompson on the radio a couple of days ago and was thinking at the time - how come he's "only" a CBE? Even then I think he was originally an MBE and was then upgraded some time after. His achievements are surely well above the current batch of well-funded athletes cos at the time he got his golds UK athletics in general was rubbish.
Ah, but he didn't defraud the British taxpayer just so UK Athletics would get a shiny new stadium in spite of the fact athletics doesn't even fill the Crustal Palace arena...Daley was unbeaten at his multi-discipline sport for eleven years. So it should, sorry peeps, but it should.Football Leaks, via Der Spiegel, has revealed that Sergio Ramos failed a drugs test after the 2017 Champions League final, with UEFA embarrassingly trying to say his failed test was an "administrative error"
Somehow our friends from the rough side of Birkenhead believe this means the 2018 trophy should be awarded to them...

Anything to avoid addressing how his WORLD CLASS ATTACK™ got the grand total of one shot on target during the match, rather than focus on the positives of how that's still one more than they got against Napoli...https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46380742
Liverpool complaining about diving, feigning injury and poor refereeing?
That's up there with Mourinho whining about other sides spending money.
