He probably wouldnt come, he may not be interested, he maybe have already agreed to go elsewhere

BUT

We have got to try to get him,he knows how big the club is, the 2nd biggest support base in the WORLD( which with success could become the BIGGEST),he knows how passionate the fans are, he knows what Anfield is like, he has worked with Steve Clarke

Hes the best there is.He GUARANTEES success

We have got to at least TRY to get him

If not 2nd choice Jurgen Klopp,3rd choice Rafa Benitez

Don't want Mourinho. He'll insist on a 150mill transfer fund (not including player sales) and **** off after 3 years leaving us struggling to pick up the pieces of an expensive, aging squad on high wages.

No thanks.

I want a manager who'll be here long term to build something special.

Do you really still have the 2nd biggest support base in the world? Not saying its not true, just that it suprises me. The issue you may have is that short term you don't look appealing to manage (in my opinion), any job where the expectation of success far exceeds the realistic achievement of success is not a good prospect (Newcastle were very much like this following Keegan and then Sir Bobby, where alot of our fans expected every manager to have us competing for the title whilst playing attacking and exciting football).

Liverpool, like Chelsea, need to pick a manager to back and then just stick with them for at least 3 full seasons. You aren't going to get relegated (or even bottom half really) so what have you got to lose?

^^^This^^^ <ok>

Get rid of Kenny and get in who? ... Not much choice. Kenny's in to steady the ship. It isn't steady yet. Give him time.

After all that went down between Benitez and Mourinho, do you really expect him to come to Anfield?

First he wont come

second, if he does you will win the league

third, waiting for someone to come along and build something special is like waiting for the 1970's and 80's to come back round.

Cos we are a big club, who if we had success, could become the best supported in the world, we already have a bigger worldwide fanbase than Real Madrid and Barcelona, due to our massive support in Asia where half the people in the world live, if we started winiing Leagues we could usurp Yernited

Would Man U really be a major attraction to him, he would be more likely to be successful there, but he would infinity more popular at Liverpool if he got success than if he got success at United. He would be lorded as a God if he got success at LFC,and that is the sort of thing that would attract him,at United he would always be inferior to Fergie.Does he really need to join Citeh and get a huge transfer spend and win there, hes done that already, theres no new challenge for him just one hes already done

I think if the right person spoke to him,and sold him the club in the right way, I think he would love to be Liverpool manager, is ego wouldnt be able to resist it, and I think he would wanna do it long term too

He's been very successful in his career. Why would he want to go from winning titles and European Cups to scrapping for Europa League places????

I guess you guys missed Jose saying he'd never come to you because of what it means to Chelsea fans. Jose is lots of things but a liar he ain't so this is just rubbish.

As much as I think it is true that he wouldn't come to Liverpool (nor do I want him but that is down to the past rather than his ability), you know as well as anyone else that Mourinho is full of poop <ok>
