So on balance it seems most of us think that we have a mixed balance of the old and the new and the squad is around the same quality. Howson, Delph, Snoddgrass, Sodje, Gradel, Kisnorbo, Beckford, Becchio, Killa and Naylor all seem to be big misses for us. I dont think we've replaced them only learned how to play as a unit better without the same flair and attacking. Theres at least 4 players there that we will never replace until we get to the prem, but how long that takes is open for debate. I can't see us ever getting promotion under the present ownership and present parachute payment situation. However I am pleased that we will be able to compete around the top 6 to top 10 places, without those high levels of investment.
By the time Naylor signed for us, his legs had gone. If he were a racehorse, he would have been shot. Think he always wanted to finish off at Leeds as he was a life long Leeds fan. Great defender in his time, and will do well for the academy, as will Bomby. Hope he's doing well.

Think its about time the club started recognising long service by some of us fans. The amount of shyte some of us have had to sit through post Revie, pre Wilkinson, post Wilkinson and pre Dol ..... you get the drift. Some of us have had to endure players like Ray Hankin, Hurd ...... and every one of Warnocks signings ffs.

I can see it now, some of us being presented to the crowd before kick off .... " And lets hear it for LIW and his 6 fingers, and here's Leeds60 who's nearly 70, fook me look at Elland he's an ugly twat, but not as bad as Bucks :emoticon-0103-cool: You all tought Kissa was as fat as Cooper but he very nearly is <party> Never thought I'd hear that so many of us had fallen over and those that owned up to legs going differemnt ways ffs. At least In told the truth and mentioned trapping my cock in my zip

Lmfao

I am pleased that Cooper is completely cured of his anorexia.

Hows yer back? Always going to be difficult to sue the Church, even though they're the wealthiest land owners in the Country.

Backs ****ed gonna have to take a few days off work tbh and get myself to hospital

I actually thought Hankin was a good player, dirty ****er but not short of skill. Unfortunately for him he was following in the footsteps of Clarke, Jones and to a lesser extent Duncan McKenzie so he had hard acts to follow.

He wasn't helped by having John Hawley alongside him either.

LIE he was a real posing twat as well, and thought he was a superstar. I remember going to watch a charity match which had Johnny and Billy in the team and everyone in the kop could clearly hear Billy when he shouted "eh Hanking you lazt ****, put the fooking comb away and try and help the team" Brilliant and summed everything up at the time and the crap side we had. I cant remember who was in charge then as there was so many in a short timescale. There was the ex Burnley manager, the ex England and Blackpool guy, Eddie, Clarkey, Eddie ....?

I liked Hankin because he was a dirty fecker and I remember Kevin Hird playing in my first time at E.R and I think he scored from the spot against Scum and Derek Parlane got the other to stop them from winning the League.:emoticon-0148-yes:
