That first picture before I changed it was an Australian multigen labradoodle, quite big fully grown. Other large breeds you may like, Potuguese water dog, Irish Water Spaniel, and this one Bouvier des Flanders [you could call it Ned]

@johnsonsbaby

what is the name of a SMALL hypoallergenic breed that i might consider.

are they also really girly looking or is there a neutral kind of dog a guy could get for his sons and daughters without being embarrassed to be seen with it.

Funnily enough most of them are curly or long haired, not something you'd think would be hypoallergenic, you'd think the less hair the better, not so. Small breeds include most of the terriers, Lakeland [looks like fox terrier], Irish, Bull, Welsh, Westie, Border, Norfolk - this is a good family dog Polish Lowland sheepdog,

This gives you an idea of the size.

This is the Norfolk terrier - described as self confident, spirited, lovable, happy, companionable, fearless.

Cheers for that JB <ok>

The Irish Water Spaniels aren't really my thing, but looking at Google, they do seem to develop music tastes. This one obviously likes reggae:

I'm liking the look of the Portuguese water dogs. Slightly small but they look good and are apparently really good therapy dogs as well. A black/white one with wavy hair would do me fine. I'll bear that in mind. I hear they're not that common though?
