Are you the most depressing bastard ever, not one of your posts seem to be positive. As soon as we lose a game you can't wait to bitch and moan about anything to do withSaints. If it isn't moaning about Adkins and Cortese you will probably moan about the boot boy saying some **** about how not having clean enough boots would make us go down.

You have to be the most one side viewed person I have ever seen, you can never see the positive in anything. Yes I would like us to be more consistent like everyone would, but I don't see other posters slitting their wrists at our first loss in a while.

At first even tho I didn't agree with your opinions I respected them as after all we don't all think the same. But now I just see them as if the local crazy ****er had come of his meds and lost it.

Can you never be positive ever? Or is your sole purpose in life is to be the most moany depressing **** you can be. I hate to think how you'd be if Saints were in Pompey's shoes you would have probably been sectioned or worse.

There is no point in trying to say how we are a newly promoted team and just being out of relegation should be seen as a positive. As you will hit back with so inane dribble which I wouldn't give a **** about anyways.

For Christmas I want hardly anything as I am fairly well off and haven't got any children bleeding me dry. But if I could have something I would wish you had just one positive bone in your body. But we all know wishes don't come true, so carry on being a depressing ****er I'm sure it makes your life very enjoyable.

    Merry Christmas

Deflate your head, gmi, plenty of teams have been relegated and kept the same manager who got them relegated the next season (at least for a few games):

    Blackpool (Ian Holloway)
    Southampton (Redknapp)
    Portsmouth (Michael Appleton)
    Blackburn (Steve Kean)
    Watford (Aidy Boothroyd)
    Bolton (Owen Coyle)

While it would be nice, you would hardly be some kind of moral compass if you kept Adkins.

So he can realise how much more forgiving and laid back we generally are compared to them?

Only thing I can think of.

As one of them said over on SaintsWeb, I take it you didn't support us in the Premier League last time....?

I think Adkins deserves his chance and I believe he has the ability to keep us in the PL and do even better next season. GMI doesn't. In fact neither opinion matters...Cortese is the only one who can make this decision.

Second attempt at a reply, threequarters through it last time when everything went pear shaped, trying again.

    1) Not necessarily, a lot of things can happen between now and the end of the Season.
    2) Opinions are all equal, there is a chance that yours is wrong, time will tell.
    3) We certainly do owe Adkins, he is the bloke that got us here remember, if the worse happens, I can't think of a better candidate to get us back up again, can you?
    4) The only important table is the one at the end of the Season, not what it shows now.
    5) The squad can be enhanced in January, but to be honest we haven't got a bad squad, lacking mostly in experience, not lacking in skill and talent.
    6) You seem to have forgotten that Rambo was out with a serious injury for weeks, Mayuka has had one start, hardly enough to judge is it?
    7) Jury is still out on the purchases, JRod and Mayuka are really for the future, Yosh hasn't done badly.
    8) The mountain analogy was rubbish, like a flat peak, it has no point.
    9) We are not even in the bottom three so the old adage of being bottom at Christmas isn't relevant.
    10) If I was to agree with your opinion on Nigel Adkins we would both be wrong. Who is available that is in any way better?

Not many appear to go along with your thoughts, perhaps they are all wrong, but at least they seem a lot happier about things than you, are you really believing your own rhetoric or just stirring it up?

I love how GMI demands respect for sticking (blindly) with his opinion, but people sticking with Adkins the whole time need to open their eyes and change there opinion
