You are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine. However, the basis of your argument (from your original post) that the main reason that we are in this **** position is because the home fans don’t shout loud enough is ridiculous and I will state again an insult to the many thousands of loyal supporters.

Going off other supporters responses to this & other recent post and I don’t hear any agreeing with your opinion. Does that not suggest anything?

Let’s turn your analysis around. If the players and management were more positive on the field then maybe they would get a more positive response from the crowd.

So is that the limit of our aspirations then? To stay up?
Bardo's been awful this season? Really? Apart from the fact the lad has not been fully fit & has made at least six goal line clearances, were'd we be without that then?
Right in the **** that's where.

MON without Robertson is like Clough without Taylor. Clueless.
We play the most boring negative tactics in the whole league & have been ****e all season.
Of course the happy clappers will tell you it's still Bruce's team. Well I wish it still was.
MON's signings have been **** & it's down to his ****e, "let's try to get a draw lads" tactics.
He's obviously telling the back four to stay in their positions, the only one who makes any effort to get forward is Gardner.

The passing yesterday was woeful.
So let's say we give him another hat full of millions in the summer & we play the same **** tactics, where's that gonna lead us?
Rose is wasted at full back & should be on the wing. Seb actually managed to get a cross in yesterday so that's an improvement!
Ses worked his socks off but other than that I can't take any positives.

Filter down to the players? Really?
Maybe it's their utter ****eness filtering up to the stands, I mean if you went to see stand up comedy that you didn't think remotely funny would you still laugh to improve it?

At this stage of the season? Of course. At the beginning on the season of course it wasn't, we've had a **** season, there's no denying it, but patience is required.

6 goal line clearances? Could you list some examples?

From my memory what I've seen of Bardo is that he's a liability nowadays, I don't get to many games though, so your word will hold more weight than mine

The fans to blame argument holds no water whatsoever. Just look at Arsenal - remember the library days, when, I think, they may have been quite successful. Also, our average attendance, this season, has been more than 40,000 - I believe this is the figure Quinn was looking for & he suggested that the increased attendances would pay dividends, in terms of funds that would be available. We have, yet, to see extra funds made available to the manager - maybe a good thing based on MON's recent signings.
The thing is, as others have said, the players need to provide decent fayre. We will, then, see what support our crowds can truly give. Cast your mind back to the Man City match last season. The match was heading for a goalless draw, until the crowd upped their vocal support, culminating in Ji scoring the winner. That's the type of support we have.
One final thing, I think it would be folly to change manager before the end of the season. We will survive but we might need to look at the managerial position at the end of the season. And, if we do have a change, it must be a change for the better - not just change for change sake, where we end up with someone like Phil Brown.

Roberto Di Matteo's record as Chelsea manager
Aside from Champions League and FA Cup glory, the Italian won 24 of his 42 matches in charge and lost as many as he drew

Arsene Wenger. Sure he'd love to leave the top 4/5 for us.

Well West Brom at home for a start. Whilst we poured forward that day we left very large gaps at the back & ended up getting beat.
Bardsley however made some crucial clearances. It ****s me off when people slag him off, the lad shows more commitment than the rest of them put together.
OK, so I know he's not the best at going forward but he's a bloody good full back. And I'll tell you something else marra, against QPR at home as much as it was a **** game & we played ****, the lad had a class game.

I wish the lad was back to full fitness but he's not going to get it sitting on the bench is he whilst we have a centre mid in his position?
I'd make him captain, no ****ing problem at all.

Nice chatting, have a good night mate.

Thats the problem who would replace O'Neil?
Ive always held the belief that O'Neil will come good but even im loosing faith at the current ****e we're seeing on the pitch.
I honestly cant think of anybody available now that would improve our situation!

I can never fault his commitment, I love his passion.

I would certainly like him back to his best and that would come from playing games, Gardner's lack of naturalness at rb really has been targeted lately, works against City as they don't play with wingers, but most teams do. Another mystery decision from MoN

<ok> have a good night as well

Oh aye, I meant to ad, he always unleashes a blockbuster from about 30 yards almost every season that bursts the net.
What would you rather have, a good, solid full back or some Glen Johnson type character who continually gets caught out of position?
Nobody knows what to do with that twat. They can't play him on the wing as he is physically incapable of crossing a ball, but he can't defend for Jack **** either.

Phil Bardsley has served our club well & is probably the most committed player we've had since Bally.

Di Canio would indeed be very interesting, alas, I feel he is destined for West Ham United.
Get yourself down the bookies on that mate, it's ****ing nailed on.
