Perhaps the supermods should send a mission to see if Barnsley still exists. If there has been some sort of disaster they could bring back the survivors and repatriate them with other clubs where they play football.
 
Too much excitement by the mods after their 2-0 win against Blackpool yesterday, and someone hit the wrong button - perhaps those missing threads are in the trash can?

Shouldn't that be "your win over Blackpool", although we beat them too?

My first ever excursion from our board in three years.

Strange that nobody seems to be giving the Barnsley mod: Hull City AFC (Ricardo) any stick about this - assuming threads did previously exist. Nice pay dirt to mod that board if nobody posts on it? (Swords had once indicated that mods were paid a stipend for their efforts - not sure about this, but ours certainly deserve, and earn it) .

There were posts, they were intentionally removed to clear the board of false Barnsley fans (the reason I'm the mod on there) and to stop Tickler being confused and commenting on FA Cup threads just because they mentioned us <doh>. Tickler was the only person to have posted on there in the last year.

You're right, I get 200% of the money that Roller and 9s get for modding thanks to covering two boards. <ok>

Unfortunately that amount is zero, but I do get zero twice.

Hi Ric, thanks very much for updating and enlightening us regarding the current status of the Barnsley board. I guess with no threads, no posts it rather stuck out encouraging a few of us to venture over to test the waters - please feel free to delete any of those posts if you consider they were inappropriate - really just a bit of friendly banter. Actually that is the first time I've ventured over onto another club's board in three years of posting here on our not606 QPR message board.
