No problem. Like you say, there's bugger all to do on there. I just clear it every now and then in case some Barnsley fans do show up and want to use it. I'm only the mod there because we had people with multiple accounts trying to get made up as a mod on there to get access to the controls we have. (they must have thought we had more than we actually do, because we really can't do much beyond the basics)

So what happens if some "real" Barnsley fans show up and want to start a serious discussion group?

We may also have had a few banned posters return under a new alias.

"Made up as a mod" - almost sounds like being a "made man in the mob", Tony Soprano style!

At least you don't encounter the stress of Roller & Nines here when discussions become a bit lively & chaotic at times. You just have to use the trash can, then clear the recycle bin.

If some real Barnsley fans turn up then I tell them to make their own rules up and leave them to it. I'll point out the report button on the posts for if there's a problem (it lets them give a reason and sends me an email if they use it), and once they've been on for long enough for the supermods to be happy with things they can appoint their own mod to replace me.
