Want rid of one of us or very keen to keep one of us, let us know.

Nominations for replacement mods welcome.

This will be stickied and remain open for a week to make sure everyone gets to vote.
 
Keep all. Bit worried about the Wise Fella, he's said he's got **** on and not able to post as much lately in one post, and in another he's saying if he doesn't get his act together he'll have to step down, but from the outside looking in he seems to graft his arse off. Maybe a bit of reassurance or seeing a bit more of the other mods while he has a step back? I know some people have issues with his mediation, I've no real problem with it myself, but he constantly starts threads and stimulates the board, there's no mod better on that score. He's an absolute must keep for me. He and Gonads are imperative imo. But from Wise fellas words he's looking a bit stressed with it all. Mod meeting and rallying call maybe?
 
Seems to be a lot of threads that descend into name calling and such forth which is rather pathetic tbh

Fair enough a bit of banter but there is some cases where its just been unneeded/uncalled for

Also in the case of some of the more delicate subjects possibly a sticky thread where they can be discussed and left out of other threads?

Always liked the idea of a car park thread to 'take it out side' Weather it would work or not is another matter.
 
I appreciate the work that all of the Moderators do and would never question their commitment to the board.

Voters should remember that Mods carry out their duties voluntarily yet some of the crap they take on here, they deserve medals the size of bin lids.

It's a joke why sack any of the mods they do a good job they never put themselves on we recommended them close this thread it's stupid.<bubbly>

Absolutely this ^.

tbh I`m beginning to find this whole thing a bit sickening.
 
To get to this stage is a bit of a farce like. Had/have no probs with a dispute or argument on any thread. I can see how its heading and its my choice on whether or not to carry on reading it. A mod steps in to try and defuse the situation and whether the situation has been read correctly or not by the mod they are only attempting to calm things down nothing else. Offence should not be taking for this reason alone. I appreciate what the mods do on this board. I sometimes do not have the spare time to post on here nevermind do whatever the mods do to keep things running for our behalf. Carry on lads. Its a 'keep' for you all from me.
