Could be a goer, plenty of wind out in Holderness. That lazy type that won't go round you but chills you to the bone.

This might be a dumb question but in all seriousness has the club mentioned doing anything like partnerships or other plans other than the name change that might increase revenue, our fan base or in some other way benefit the club in the future?

No, at the moment they're mainly concentrating on reducing income, reducing fan numbers and generally getting on people's nerves.

Applying for a franchise in the MLS, and getting one, would be perfect then. Even Defoe thinks it's crap, and he's a has been.

There is definitely scope for more partnerships with MLS teams. From both sides if you have a player who wants to maintain his fitness in their respective off season or a youth player who really want to kick on during that time, a loan across to the MLS would really benefit them while allowing them to still be available for their team come the season. The standard is decent and the way of life is appealing, much more appealing than some of the lower league clubs.

Was reading something about Giles Barnes, doing well in the MLS, more of a hold up second striker than a nippy attacking midfield now, good game to goal ratio plenty of assists, probably what we need and is probably due his second (or is it fourth ;)) crack at English football.
