Just noticed that PNE have sold out their allocation and their fans are pleasantly surprised at the £15 ticket price. Many on their board saying it's half what they'd usually pay for an away match and that City fans will almost certainly be paying a lot more for the return fixture. While this seems really unfair - encouraging a big away following at our place whilst discouraging City fans from travelling - I seem to remember a rule on ticket prices that says any discount for home fans has to also apply to the away end - is that right?

I believe you are right, and yes, on X there are a lot of complementary comments from PNE supporters about the ticket prices.

We made this one of our special promotion games for the season (kids for a quid etc) and any promotion like this needs to be offered to both home and away fans.

Though our ticket prices are better than almost everyone else in the league anyway.
