Something weird had happened. He was right in th e first team picture until he disappeared. I thought he gave us a good option.

It really is an odd one this.

If there is a story to this then along with Jonas and Obertan there are three prime candidates for the door in January which should free up wages and squad positions.

Don't think we'd miss Obertan as much as Marveaux and Jonas.
There was quite a groan when Obertan came on, people just couldn't believe it.
Marveaux is supposed to be available and is retained till June 2016 so there's something odd somewhere.

Shocking decision to keep omitting Marveaux, used to be the same with Anita. Another idea of how clueless Pardew is.
Twitter gossip claimed he refused to travel to Everton back in September and since then he's been left out. No idea if this is bollocks or not
Didn't hear anything about that at the time. Was there a reason given for his refusal to travel?
don't know. I'd assume it may have something to do with being benched. It is from twitter so there is a high possibility of it being absolute rubbish
He's not very good but for Obertan to be ahead of him, he has either had disciplinary problems or is going to cost us money if he plays another game.
