I think it's fair to say democracy on this site is key to it's success. Bias and control by a minority group of friends seems to be key to the jax board hence the reason no one bothers to post there any more.
To be fair if JH has mellowed for a couple of years then it would be reasonable to ask Brb to consider. Whereas right now he's not long back off a site ban! Great power, great responsibility blah blah blah. I agree it had the potential to be hilarious but I don't think that's the key reason behind why we should be nominating mods. I'm happy with Welshman, I'm also willing to lend a hand if need be just to cover Taff, but I'm really happy not to get involved if someone else wants it.
I think Steve has hit the nail on the head ITI, it's ultimately brb's choice and he probably has an inkling of JH's past. Plus I don't care who or what posts on the Jacks board.

I know JH but it created a bit of a good discussion to get us away from the doom and gloom merchants at CCFC. It would have made for an interesting couple of weeks leading up to the local derby.

VETCH! I genuinely feel for the jax who have become marginalised or forced away from your board. I also miss the cut and thrust of debate with posters such as yourself.
Bobby - must admit too I had (have) a grudging respect for VETCH. Early jousts with him on the old 606 and since could be seen as something of a bloodbath, but fortunately without the blood. Right now and particularly since our club has pulled itself around, putting your hand to anything in print across there would be savaged beyond recognition by those you've highlighted. Staying away is the only answer for most of us. Of course, we'll continue to see them moralise across here.
Why,thank you gentlemen,for your kind words and sentiments,which are reciprocated. The Swansea Forum has been diminished by clique control,and that saddens me enormously. It's almost become a no-go area, for me anyway. I don't like gangs who bully,and try to impose their will on others,and it has become the norm. Sad,but there you are. There was a lot more harmony in the pre Premier League days,and perhaps some can't handle the fame and exposure it has brought. How is Clingo,these days?

Not seen the self proclaimed drummist posts for quite a while now VETCH. Hope all is well with the guy and that his health hasn't deteriorated further. Many visitors ask about him such was the respect from the not606 community.
