If she posed with the costume then yeah, she should get disciplined (not sacked), because in a way it's bringing the club into disrepute. And if a guy was posing around in his briefs with the costume he'd be in bother too

It's one of those things that suddenly makes clubs look like total tosspots. Here's a woman who has worked for Donny for free for four years, poses in her knickers for an NSPCC charity calendar and gets sacked for it. Didn't the Donny boys pose naked themselves a couple of years ago for a charity calendar? Hilarious stuff, just made the club look like idiots.

I heard that the Donny players posed naked for a calendar and nothing gets said but Donny Dog posing in underwear nearly gets sacked because it makes the club look bad? John Ryan having to go on SSN made the club look worse.
