same dodgy defending yet again. We have a defender on the bench who needs to play. We've bought him and a **** loanee is taking his place. I also saw Lenihan was in the ressie line up on Saturday, well he was in the tunnel so I'm assuming, he may be an alternative. Can he be worse. Unfortunately slutsky will stick with his crazy formation. Ipswich are eight ffs, mediocre isn't a height they'll ever reach. Should we play henriksen Growshitski and Bowen? No is my answer. Dicko took his goal very well. He also did some crazy headless chicken spins and turns that came off. But when it matters he can't pass a ball to feet and his control is ****e. I know he was offside but that one that bounced off his shin into touch was embarrassing. Campbell returns all day long for me. I wouldn't be averse to trying them together but I doubt slutsky will. Irvine is no left mid. My team. Mcgregor Tomori Dawson Mazuch Aina Bowen Meyler Stewart Growshitski Campbell. Dicko 3-0 to us.
Match facts Although Millwall have only lost two of their last 20 home league games against Hull (W13 D5), one of those defeats was in their last meeting in February 2013. The Tigers have never won back-to-back away league matches against the Lions. Hull have lost their last seven league matches in London since a 1-0 win at Fulham in January 2016. Millwall have gone four league matches without a victory for the second time this season, winning just one of their last seven matches (D2 L4). Millwall goalkeeper Jordan Archer has saved 74.67% of the shots that he has faced this season - only Aston Villa's Sam Johnstone boasts a higher save percentage in the division (76.47%).
Maybe the Allams looked at the goals per £ attendance metric and decided that giving the punters more goals would lead to more entertainment and therefore more paying punters, regardless of which net the ball ends up in. Perhaps that's the mystery philosophy.
Certainly like Saturday I would advocate Mazuch coming in a centre back, but Hector did OK by all counts Saturday so this ain't going to happen. Knowing the way Leo operates it will be the same starting line up as Saturday except Meyler in for Larsson. But for me Irvine has to come in for Henriksen, but Leo thought he did well Saturday, so will probably start with him. They kick off at 2.45am my time, so I hope I don't wake up again to a nightmare scenario.
Philip Buckingham @PJBuckingham Some context to Jarrod Bowen's goalscoring exploits. He can be the quickest #hcafc player into double figures since Stuart Elliott in 04-05 if he scores at Millwall tonight.
Well, I'd go back to the 3-4-3 formation from earlier in the season personally but wtf do I know. If it's on iFollow i'll wathc it tonight, prob while hiding behind the sofa shivering in fear whilst watching us attempt to defend against a thoroughly awful team.
Ok so our defence is shyte our midfield is shyte and our forward line is shyte .. the manager dont know what he is doing .. millwall is always one of the toughest places to go and get a result .. 2-0 win to us then obviously !
If Slutsky does start with Henriksen tonight against this lot, he's either totally naive/stupid or he actively looking for the sack, i'm not a Henriksen knocker , he just doesn't do the physical side of the game and i expect tonight to be a very physical battle and we need to get something from it, lose tonight and we are looking at going into the bottom 3 by saturday.
