There's a charity for refsJust saw this in the DM.
Neil will be remembered as a grumpy old man.
I've always held a spot of admiration for him after all he did for our club but he seems hell bent on diminishing that legacy.

Uche Ikpeazu had given Boro the lead in the seventh minute before a Jonny Howson own goal and a striker from Lyndon Dykes put QPR 2-1 ahead early in the second half.
Matt Crooks then equalised for Warnock's men in the 72nd minute but Chris Willock netted a winner for the away side four minutes later. The Boro boss was left unhappy with a number of decisions from the officials and made his feelings clear at full-time.

Warnock marched onto the pitch and confronted referee Steve Martin and his assistants, with pictures showing the manager visibly shouting and waving his arms in the air.
He claimed QPR forward Charlie Austin headbutted Boro's Grant Hall and was also unhappy with a number of offside decisions.

The Boro boss felt aggrieved by an alleged headbutt from Charlie Austin on Grant Hall
They tweeted: 'On the day @itvnews run a 2 day special report on ref abuse, this happens.
'This man is an embarrassment to football. Every season his pantomime show encourages ref abuse.
'Clubs that employ him like, @Boro need to take a hard long look at themselves. Disgraceful. @EnglandFootball.'
Warnock outlined his grievances during in his post-match interview with Radio Tees.
'We have not been helped [by the officials],' he told BBC Radio Tees.
'Isaiah's [Jones] tackle was a super tackle but the referee saw it differently.
'The linesman has given two offsides which are never offside in a million years and you expect better from that officials and I just told them that. I'll have to write about it and I'll get a report saying "yeah, you were right..."
'And then Charlie Austin headbutts Grant Hall and nothing gets done about it. I find it amazing they only see certain things.'
Warnock joined Alan Brazil ontalkSPORTon Thursday morning and had more criticism for the referee, but said
'You're trying to get me fired!' he told Brazil after being asked whether the referee had spoken to him.

Martin sent off QPR defender Moses Odubajo and also awarded Middlesbrough a penalty
'The FA guy will be listening, taping everything and they always quote "Neil Warnock said this on talkSPORT, Alan Brazil." Then they fine me and you never pay it, Alan!
'All I said to him was "don't go home early because I want to see you in 30 minutes", that's all I said to him.
'We had two chances and the linesman flagged offside twice and both times they were onside. What do you say? That's their living, they should be better than that - that's my disappointment.'
While Boro were unhappy with the officiating, their opening goal came when Martin awarded the home side a penalty after Dykes pulled Dael Fry's shirt in the area.
Martin also sent off QPR's Moses Odubajo in the second half after the defender was given a second yellow card for shoving Isaiah Jones.
Is there any footage of the headbutt
