Fair enough but injuries didnt help! His goal scoring records at every club including ours was actually good. My point is still the same.. hes told a few home truths the fans dont like hearing and as usual theyve reacted like the people on jeremy kyle .
Yep injuries defo didn't help. Again just physiology for him. Not his fault he was born with fast twitch fibres and a bit frail. Both a curse and blessing them hamstrings. His goalscoring was always good to be fair up to Man U.
He also had a plan for after football which saw him take his eye off the ball for the last 5 years. His horse operation (which perhaps some people don't realise just how big it is) took over. Again most knew this so its not like ourselves Man U or Stoke can whine on, all knew his intentions. If you still agree to pay him mountains of cash, its no good whining when you get a half committed footballer. You'd think he'd held a gun to these chairman's head the way people are going on.
