A great day for sure

Osset Albion played there last game ever today as next season they merge with Osset Town and become Osset United . The Osset Albion fans I spoke to are really pissed off about it.

Anyway final game of the season was a quiet first half with Scarborough taking the lead with a walshaw goal . What a good signing he has proved to be for £15,000

Second half Scarborough wrapped it up with a goal from Jimmy Beadle a local lad who seems to be a permanent substitute who grabs a goal when ever he comes on .

Scarborough Athletic 2 Osset Albion 0

A full house with 2,021in the ground

South Shields beat Colne 2-1 in front of 2,102

So its premier league next season and both Scarborough and Shields will be the best supported clubs by some way....Both teams should do well and be challenging for promotion to the National League North

Hyde United also promoted as the spare 3rd place club

Roll on the new season

Just let me know if you want to go to a game at Scarborough and we can meet up.....Applies to anyone on here.

Still amazed how I have took to watching them play after following Hull City since 1965

He was on loan from Grimsby .

We have little chance of keeping him and I think he will end up at a better club then Grimsby

A decent midfield player and often man of the match
