This thread is brilliantA great day for the long time Scarborough Supporters
They are back in the same league they played in in 2007 when they went bust and folded
690 at Colne with over 400 from Scarborough....Colne average around 160....biggest gate they have had in years today
Scarborough and south shields should do well in the evo stik premier as they have far bigger support then the other clubs and have cash to spend
2 games left for Scarborough
Tuesday Glossop H
Saturday Osset Albion H * all ticket
1400 sold already should be a 2,000 sellout
For next season more seats being added plus more terraces.
Scarborough council own the ground but Scarborough Athletic are paying for stadium upgrade
I THINK they will get in the National League North .
No idea if they will go higher but either way I have enjoyed going to Home games this season and only missed 2
To be honest I thought not going to City would really piss me off but huge surprise everything about Scarborough has been good
Lots of noise
Decent prices
Terraces
Stand were you like with your mates
Anyone going to a game let me know or anyone in filey for day let me know
Now it's a fight for second place
The top 3 all go up as the 3rd place can't be caught in the charge for the extra promotion place
Some hoof ball teams in this league but Shields and Boro are decent teams as are Hyde.
# sounded a great game at Bristol Today...loads of goals...let's hope the Allams piss off soon and City get a decent owner and realistic prices return...Junior has been to every home game as usual.

Thanks for the constant reminder that football can be fun. Really pleased for you having a successful season too
Mind you did you just say that the club are paying for the ground upgrades like extra seating even though the ground is owned by the Council?! Surely not...that would be like building an extension on a council house!! A really well run club would never do that........
