I definitely expect him to be captain but to be fair there are very few candidates other than Barmby and Harper (neither of whom will play every week) or Dawson (Ive never been comfortable with as captain). And I dont know about a better player but he'll certainly be cheaper and hopefully less of a bully around the training ground...

I think McKenna is a great acquisition for our midfield, just what we needed really, a leading personanlity to fill the void left by Ash. Wouldn't surprise me if he was named captain in August
