Lee Bowyer is the new name been spoken about currently...thats a lot better, he has done wonders at Charlton...but like Jackett why would he join us (not quite like Jackett as I can see Pompey being promoted, slightly less so with Charlton).
Have I mentioned ....anyone but Sherwood
Bowyer was at least a real *******

And quite correct. Sending so many of our promising youngsters out on loan in January continues to bemuse me most of all. Was this primarily SM's call? If so, it's amazing he lasted as long as he did (remember those comments from Amit after Rotherham). Or were the club desperately trying to reduce overheads to cover the cost of our own loanees that weren't previously budgeted for.
My guess is that was a Les decision, if SM was failing his remit to play and develop them it's better for them to get competitive football elsewhere rather than warm the bench or play in the U23's.

I think we're desperately trying to stay within FFP, despite the cuts we may be in the sh*t when this season's losses are revealed...

The only reason Sherwood is linked to us is because he's SLF's mate. That is a terrible reason and I hope the board are not that stupid.

They've got serious previous, let's hope Amit isn't as gullible as TF...

Tim Sherwood is a definite no-no for me. Apparently he turned us down before because he wanted more money but being out of work since being sacked by Villa where he was useless and should itself set alarm bells ringing may have lowered his expectation.

Lee Bowyer is an interesting call. At first I thought no way but he has done well at cash-strapped Charlton and is out of contract in the summer. The question is would he leave Charlton now at such a critical time for them as they compete for a play-off place but since they have yet to offer him an extension, would he feel any loyalty to them.

I'm not sure anyone would start as full time coach till the end of the season.

According to SSN Lee Bowyer is keen to talk to QPR about the vacancy, yes please.
He is keen to talk to us....just to spike Charlton into action, I would think.

Still worried about Sherwood, that would be a near disaster..

Hells QPR

The next manager should be Gordon Ramsey.
He can f@$k the current mangement system right off, have s total clear out and get us shipshape in no time.
He can start spending some coin on players and if the FA say anything, they can f&@k right off too!
Yep, he's my choice for sure.
We might even get more tv time as well.

Bowyer. Hmmm.

I suppose the fight with Dyer shows some passion and grit which we certainly need but you'd get the same with Ainsworth.

We offer better support to managers with a QPR connection. I agree we don't want his memories ruined but I think that's possible even were he to fail. Don't most of us still love Holloway just for being a QPR man (but not as our manager)?
