If Rooney goes to Everton then could GM be a possibility for the Derby job as they might want someone with league 1 experience and can revive a relegated team and make them challengers for the title and coming straight back up.?

What do we know about shota, how does he set up his teams and how do they play?
guys, I’ve known Şota for more than 15 years. here is my analysis on him:
As a player he was one of the symbols of Trabzonspor in Turkey. Then he played for Ajax and Rangers.
Before his coaching career in Turkey, he was assistant to Van Gaal. So, he improved his tactical mentality in the Netherlands.
However, he had no significant success in Turkey as a manager.
Regarding his style: he is really a smart guy. You’ll see some funny interviews.
He wants his team to be smart, careful and concentrated on the pitch 90 mins.
He wants a rather positive and attacking football usually but not loosing the control/caution depending on the opponent. plus, he’d definetely train his squad for freekicks corners etc.
The biggest drawback is his lack of experience in england football which is really different than anywhere else.
Last note he is a very good friend of Acun for so long.

Wenger, Guardiola, Morriston, Conte and others had no knowledge of the English game before coming here. So here's hoping.<cheers>
