Oh no cracking voice great show lady a powerhouse , will miss her unique voice , unfortunately a lot of the unique voices who’ve had long careers are getting to that age now , can’t think of too many who will last anything like as long of recent years - maybe I’m just old

I saw her live at the old Wembley Stadium in 2000, what a performer she was. RIP
Bowie and The Spiders From Mars helped Tina out after she split with Ike and she credited Bowie with resurrecting her career.
She was forever grateful to them and never forgot, she came to Beverley for Trevor’s funeral.

My Mum died on the 17th February this year, and my Dad died shortly after on the 20th May. She was 88 and he was 93.
Sincere condolences ThunderCity, that is very sad news losing both parents within a very short space of time. Hope you can take some comfort in that they were both of a good age, and you were very fortunate to have them both in your life for a great length of time.
Please remember, the loss is immeasurable, but so is the love and memories left behind.
