We missed good chances again tonight and it has cost us dearly, I wonder if our Chairman regrets saying Championship football in three years yet

Super computer predicts Rovers will finish 19th, it also predicted Carlisle would finish 2nd from the top now they have one foot in the National league, so dont hold your breath

Nothing less than 3 points this week and dropped points by Burton will do us any good

the games has kicked off with Rovers shooting towards the home fans end

3rd minute a cross from Shaw is just to high for Sotiriou

5th minute corner to Bolton which is caught by Ward

9th minute A Shaw shot towards the top right hand corner is blocked

13th minute Sotiriou tripped, ref tries to play the advantage see there isn't an advantage and awards a free kick which resulted in a corner which was cleared and Moore headed the breakaway ball out for a throwing, good decision making as he was the last man

16th minuteBolton player down injured Daniel saying looks like a muscle injury and he will orobably have to leave the pitch taking no further part in the game

2nd Half kicked off no changes by either side, Rovers now shooting towards the Gas Heads

Rovers have had most of the play, a good start from the team

57th minute Sotiriou wins a free kick in his own box Daniel saying it could have gone either way

58th minute 2nd yellow card of the afternoon Calderon bppked for delaying Bolton getting to the ball to take a quick throwin

16.17 Shaw opts for winning a corner instead of crossing the ball which was caught and kicked quickly by their GK only for Ward to bring off a good save before the flag is raised for offside

64th minute Sinclair and Grant ward warming up, Bolton make a change first Dacres - Cogley off Gethin Jones on and Forde and sawyers come off for Ward and Sinclair

85th minute a good cross from Thomas just misses Sinclair and Sotiriou

86th minute Wilson keeps the ball alive at the back post only for Sinclair to miss kick

88th minute Corner to Rovers, which I presume came to nothing as Daniel hasn't put the word Goal up

injuries to Omochere and Martin are going to get us relegated, unless somebody learns how to score goals

That first half was shocking, as bad as I’ve seen us play. Second to every ball, both goals came down our left and were so easy for Exeter to score. O’Donkor is bloody useless.

Without a doubt we will be playing L2 football next season.

Because I coach U14s youth football up here in Gloucestershire - we play on Saturdays and train on Tuesday evenings - I don’t often get down to the Mem. This was only the second time this year and I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of fight, organisation and attacking intent. A bit better in the second half but that first 45 was shockingly bad. O’Donkor is a terrible striker but we have no option but to play him. It’s a mess - one which will result in 4th tier football next season.
 
I was at yesterdays match Shaw, Ward j, Thomas on as a sub and Taylor were the only players I thought that looked interested in trying to win the game, The refs say they want more respect from players and supporters, well if he had stopped the blatant time wasting by the Exeter GK and the taking of the throwin's from about 4 or 5 yards from where the ball went out of play they might get the respect they want, but I am not hopeful

Relegation is now almost certain, can't see us overturning Burton who have a far superior GD and a game in hand over the Rovers

We've been on the downward slope for quite a while, unfortunately. I honestly thought we'd signed a decent group of players, but injuries seem to deprived us of all the ones who made a difference and there are quite a few signings who have been disappointing to say the least. Some of those are on quite long contracts as well. I keep an eye on League Two as well, and I honestly think we'll struggle there too unless there are some pretty big changes. You need to be a decent League One standard club to get out of League Two, and we're some we're some way off that. It's all pretty disappointing, but we've all been here a few times so here we go again.

I thought Sotiriou was our best player and pretty much our only goal threat.

LT came on with clear instructions to stay right out on the left touchline yet they didn’t get the ball out to him enough. Butcher was anonymous, Swinkels, Hunt, G Ward didn’t do much, especially in the first half. Taylor’s distribution is poor and I don’t know what Sawyers brings to the team.

It’s a mess. Maybe if we had Martin or Omochere fit we might stand a chance, but without them we are royally screwed.
 
Burton's game in hand is vs Wigan. Win that and they are technically 4 points ahead because their goal difference gives them an extra point. 4 points behind with 4 games to go.
 
The ONLY chance we have is if the players realise that despite everyone writing them off they still have 12 points to play for, and they can still control their own destiny if they step it up quite a lot for the last four games. On their day they can probably beat anyone, however they have rarely shown anywhere near that sort of level all season, so it doesn't seem at all likely tbh.

15th minute a free kick to Wrexham saved by the referee giving Rovers a free kick for foul in the area

17th minute Thomas wins the ball and is then dragged down free kick to Rovers, Daniel surprised that a card was not shown, Butcher takes the resulting free kick which is headed down by Taylor to O'Donkor whose shot is blocked

21st minute a Lee shot well wide for Wrexham

pitch very wet players slipping and sliding on it

25th minute Smith takes the ball around Ward but takes to long over his shot and Ward and the defence got back to clear he danger

27th minute Hunt beaten for pace by Longman but Taylor Moore slide tackles the ball out for a corner

28th minute Ward again makes another good save but with the strikers waiting for a tap in the flag goes up for off side

32nd minute Corner to Rovers after a pass from Shaw finds Butcher who fires wide

33rd minute Goal Taylor Moore heads the ball into the net Wrexham 0 - 1 Rovers from the corner off a deflected Shaw shot which resulted in the corner
