What a terrific performance and result last night - we went toe-to-toe with a high quality League One team in great form and took all three points. Calderon is a breath of fresh air after the turgid, boring PE teacher who preceded him. Great to see Shaw, Ward and Dewsbury all getting their minutes and it’s like having a new signing with Sotiriou transformed under the new manager. It’s been a little while since I felt positive about the Gas but these last two performances suggest a corner may have been turned. UTG!
Looking at the reporting by Daniel Hargraves on the match last night Kofi Shaw played really well. Watched the extended highlights and His movement looked good and a better pass from Sotiriou might well have seen him score a goal to wrap up the points a little earlier
