Apols if this has been posted elsewhere - but what the **** is going on with match tickets

1 - I've just realised they've ****ed up the website
2.- I thought I'd just check when the Villa Tickets are going to be sold
3 - the new ticketing website doesn't work -it says it's available soon
4 - it didn't even recognise my email so I could log in anyway

our first match is in 12 days time, we don't have a ticket office, you can't buy tickets on line - it looks like the phones are going to be busy - what a complete **** up - business genius
 
They've told customers that they haven't been sent the Villa tickets yet. How true that is will be anybody's guess.
 
Villa on sale tonight or tomorrow morning - they've sorted teething problems with new website - let's see

Tickets now on General Sale for Villa fans on their site. Can't be long before City put our tickets on sale. Looks like the issue was at Villa's end.


"Tickets for our first game of the season against Hull City are now on sale as Steve Bruce’s men begin what we hope will be an immensely successful campaign in claret and blue.
We face the Tigers on the opening weekend of the Sky Bet Championship term on Saturday August 5, with a 5.30pm kick-off.
Bruce comes up against his former club while the likes of John Terry, Glenn Whelan and Ahmed Elmohamady will make their competitive debuts.
Prices are £20 to £33 (adults), £15 to £20 (concessions), £10 to £17 (U21s), £5 to £10 (U16s) and £45 to £55 for a Family Package (two adults and two U16s).
Wheelchair tickets: Available by calling the Consumer Sales Department on 0333 323 1874.
Tickets for the game are on general sale.
We apologise for the delay in the tickets going on sale – this was due to a change in provider as we switched from Ticketmaster to TopTix.
This, in turn, meant transferring all client reference details from one system to another and allowing season ticket holders to make any seat moves ahead of the new season.
Only tickets purchased before 3.30pm on Thursday August 3 will be posted to supporters.
All tickets purchased after this deadline will be available for collection only - or you can Print at Home if you book online and have access to a printer.
Collections: Supporters are advised to collect their tickets as early as possible to avoid the disappointment of missing kick-off.
Tickets can be collected from the Villa Village Ticket Office up to 9.30am on matchday after which point, tickets can only be collected from the Trinity Road Ticket Office which will be open from 10am.
