ComIng from a totally biased Goon, I can understand why you'd see things like that. The penalty was stonewall, nowhere near the ball. I see that your calling it as you best think you can Wum about it.

Utd! It's a joke really, isn't it? All that money and they get beat by a bunch of Danish roadsweepers!

Coming from a Spurs bias, I can understand why you would think that.

Utd are hilarious, LVG has completely lost the plot there and they are sinking like a stone under him. I just hope they don't sack him before we play them at the end of the month. <ok>

I think Woodward is too embarrassed to sack him right now. He, apparently, was LVG's biggest advocate, so he needs to try and find a way to save face. LVG resignation, perhaps?

Didn't he offer his resignation a few weeks ago and they turned it down ?

Possibly. Van Gaal has got to go for sure. But how Woodward comes out of this debacle smelling of roses, I'm not sure. But, he'll try!

I think Utd have dug themselves a hole appointing LVG. In my opinion they got rid of Moyes too quickly (although he was struggling) and now they need to be seen to stick with LVG through thick and thin. The trouble is he is dragging them down at such an alarming rate and he is so rigid that he will not deviate from his path. It could be that when they do eventually get rid, they are in a worse position than they were when they appointed him (some might argue that's already happened)

I think they're already in a worse position. They're certainly about £300mill worse off. Van Driver has been an unmitigated disaster! Outdated ideas in a game that has moved far on from his heydays.

Problem is, the owners might quite rightly want somebody's head for this. The accusations will fly!

Disagree here. We haven't spent that amount for starters. And what we have spent has been largely good buys. The problem lies solely with the manager. The only way he'll leave us worse off is if a) he completely wrecks the confidence of our younger players or b) as a result of his fck up, our players want to leave.

Edwood Woodwood has made the Glazers a **** load of money as he's remarkably brilliant at the commercial stuff. As far as football stuff goes, he's more clueless than the dimmer of our two cats, although he's not as stupid as our dog.

So he's safe in his job.

Edward Woodward is as near as you lot come to an Equaliser these days.

Well, I do keep recycling stuff about you, Pixie.

It was boring the first time HIAG. But I have noticed you will try and pass off other people's jokes as your own too. Shows a distinct lack of creativity Shame on you, you plagiarising b'tard*

*expect to see HIAG calling somebody a plagiarising b'tard soon ...

I'm intrigued as to which jokes you believe I have plagiarized, Pixie. I've seen plenty of people copy me, including you.

There has been the odd instance, I know, but (to paraphrase someone else) I am more copied than copying.

The list is endless HIAG, practically evert time I see a good craic or put down on here, you're there copying it a few days later, hoping no doubt that nobody has already seen it being used.

The other day you were trying to rip off Tobes 'hoisted on your own petard' joke, after he had hoisted you on your own petard. Your over use of 'flouncing' and 'windmilling' are more of your rip offs from others and even your over use of 'owned' is completely misplaced.

It's probably a mechanism you use to try and appear to be popular and garner approval of others. It's a little bit sad, but I guess it's in the same needy behaviour as your Lawyer, Rock god, Harvard claims
