It's funny people on Facebook are convinced that Cardiff my sneaker win as we always seem to break teams losing sequence. But if you go on the Cardiff forum they're all convinced we're going to get a cricket score. I think I go with the Welshmen

Have to keep the momentum going and need a good result against Forest to keep the pressure on Bournemouth & WBA after they both won on Saturday, two teams who we have at home in the coming weeks (Bournemouth has been changed to the Friday night game by Sky TV) so we need to stay within touching distance before those games. Cooper now has Forest on a bit of a run, so it will not be easy.

A good defensive display in the first half was a springboard to dominating the second half and taking our chances.
It's all about confidence, Forest's Gabban missed a great opportunity at 1-0 to equalise and our 2nd goal broke them followed by Kebano's killed their belief.

I was at the game yesterday, I kept this quiet in case we lost.........
Basically we were just the better side, with better players, and as the game panned out the gap in the score increased.
No one played poorly, which was different to the Cardiff game, where I thought Robinson had a nightmare.
Forest had a couple of decent chances, but had no composure in finishing, Rodak was untroubled in terms of saves required. The opposite was our case, Mitro is on fire and looked mighty strong yesterday.
A massive game next at the Cottage, a win against WBA will open a gap.
Yesterday, 4-0, brilliant! <party><party><party><party>

Another big test for us today, WBA at the Cottage, ko 12:30, and it's live on Sky.
Fabio, Tete, Bryan are back in contention, the squad approaching full fitness, with only 3 on the treatment table now.
Marco was emphasizing what a good week of training the guys had this week, hopefully we put his into action on the pitch.
WBA are a good side, strong, big, and also full of confidence. They don't have a good track record on our patch, so long may that continue.

A number of things broke our way (the penalty, Snodgrass being an awful footballer), but we were deserving winners. Whatever your view of Parker as a manager, you can't argue with the fact that Mitrovic was leaving if Parker stayed and replacing his 18 goals in 15 games would have been almost impossible. Alongside the resurgence of Kebano and Seri, we've made good use of the talent that was already at the club.

Special mention to Odoi, who was very good today under an aerial barrage from WBA. Tete is a better attacking option and will regain his spot but Odoi is really exceptional in the air for someone under 6 foot.

It was strange how we scored the goals that Mitro was handed on a plate by Albion, but couldn't score the open goals such as Kebano, Wilson and Tosin's.
Will miss Tosin in defence and Silva has a problem to solve as to who to play instead.

Rumours are Carvalho will not sign a new contract.

Hopefully Fabio will be given the right advice that serves him, not those hanging on. Your analogy Surlyc is spot on, an end result of sitting on an u23 bench, or in League 1/2 is not what he wants.

Back to tonight, 7:45 ko at Ewood Park, live on sky.
I hope Mawson plays, he has looked solid when called upon so far. I wasn't convinced a straight red was deserving for Tosin, but no argument will help.
Blackburn are on form, so another hard game, and it would be difficult to see we need changes, other than what is forced upon us.
Tom and Fabio could change that though.

Incredible run at the moment, shame we have the Int'l break. Somebody pointed out that under Parker once we were One nil up we would change to a slightly more defensive formation but under Silva we just go for another. The goal difference now is just incredible.

I never count by chickens so really hoping we can get another result tomorrow. On paper we should win but you just never know. Good times atm.

A tough game yesterday, Peterborough had their chances too.
But, we came away with a 1-0 win and continue our brilliant set of results, 6 wins on the bounce, wow!
Another international break now, hopefully we can continue after that...... I don't like these breaks.
