So how do people on here feel about Gary O'Neil as our next manager? I sat next to his mum at the Derby playoff, and he did take one for us with being sent off, and I know he caused some damage to the dressing room.
I'd be happy in as far as he's played for us and did indeed take one for the team.
However, a win rate (albeit in the PL) of only 28% is not exactly inspiring.
His job is to improve individual players???? If that was me I would be extremely concerned about my job! Although I guess I did witness Madsen make a tackle against Sunderland so maybe his job is safe afterall!

Pierre Sage is 'looking for a project'. He can always help with my son's dissertation.
Asked a mate about him, and he said he did well at Lyon but the chairman wanted Paulo Fonseca so they got rid of Sage.
Sounds positive, and he'd be free which is a plus.
3 months until the season starts on the 08th August, hope the Club resolve the manager situation and the squad preferably sooner than week before it starts
That's my concern too. Although the season officially ends after the play off finals ( I think), we could still be losing ground. Having said that, the signing of Varane and Smythe is positive.

Surely a 'full consideration' doesn't take this long?
