Absolutely not. Don't want Dyche.

He ain't making Bamford better. He ain't making Firpo better.

The answer is really simple. Scoring goals wins you matches.

No way Dyche and Bamford would work together again anyway:

His brief stint at Turf Moor was a disaster with Bamford and manager Sean Dyche failing to see eye-to-eye. Bamford said Dyche picked on him for his upbringing, where he was privately educated, learnt to be a musician and also turned down a Harvard scholarship.

'Me and the boys got on fine but me and Sean Dyche just clashed,' Bamford told Sportsmail in 2017.

'I could sit down and talk to him now and be civil but we had different ideas of football. I didn't get a chance. His team has done great, mind. I can't argue with that.

'There were a few comments at Burnley. Dyche said that because I had come through at Chelsea – and because of the way I had been brought up - I had never had to work for anything.

'My background is irrelevant and I didn't even come through at Chelsea. I started at Nottingham Forest cleaning toilets and scrubbing the shower floors.

'So saying I didn't want it enough was upsetting. I went home every night wondering how to get in the Burnley team. It was: "You've been brought up nicely, had everything handed to you".

'Is that what people think just because I went to private school and played instruments?

'People don't know. My parents never let me have everything. If I started something I had to finish.'

Evening all. I don't know if this has been posted but apparently Bielsa was sacked after 7 points from 24 with a severely depleted squad and after having played much better opposition. Marsch has 2 from 24 against relegation fodder with a pretty fully fit squad.
I'd vote for Villas-Boas, excellent win percentage and available.
The 49ers won't let them sack JM though.

Dyche won't pick Bamford!?!?

I've changed my mind then. Get Dyche in.

Really can't see American businessmen being sentimental.
As for the new guy if JM gets the boot, Julen Lopetegui, just got sacked from Sevilla did very well there, plays attacking 433 and wants to manage in the prem, turned wolves down a week or so ago.
Not saying I want him in, but would fit the Orta style choice.

Why did Sevilla sack him Este ?

Would definitely seem a good fit with Orta.

Five losses in first 8 games this season, turned down Wolves as he has a 92 year old father with ill health
Always remember him from when he took over the Spanish National side. He had a n 80% win ratio smashed Spain into the World Cup and then Real Madrid came knocking so he accepted the job for after the WC. Spain sacked him immediately. Rodders knows him well :emoticon-0148-yes:

Sounds like a serious upgrade on Jesse.

Question is though can we persuade him to take on the challenge ?

It's a yes from me if we can <ok>

Marsch quite clearly out of his depth, he obviously cares but that's not enough.

Now the problem, he goes, who comes in?
Like a few, I have no faith in Orta to get it right.

Radz did what he came to do, get us promoted but he doesn't have the funds to take the club forward, perhaps he has but won't use them. He said last season he turned down offers from several people to buy the club, perhaps now he seriously needs to reconsider this before it all gets nasty and his tenure gets tarnished, because like Marsch, he needs to realise the PL is too big for him.
