Did you ever watch the American House Of Cards? Remember the opening sequence? It's basically a time sequence with camera left on, so it captures the relative movement of the stars against the static camera of orbiter. Only in this case it's the other way around. Basically, a similar-ish technique was used by Tambaugh to find Pluto - a series of time exposure plates where placed over each other to ascertain which were the stars, and which were not.

Hope that helps.

Yeh i geddit now.

Whats the point of that or is it just for the gram purposes?

Solar eclipse tomorrow. We are only getting a partial one, though.

It's happening between 10 and 12 in the morning. The best time to see it will be between 11.15 - 11.30.

It will be 28% partially covered in Newcastle but only 20% in London. The Shetlands will get about 40%.

That weren't a solar eclipse bro, it was the bars on your window at HMP Brixton blocking the sun.
