That would be brilliant if this was just before it...

It's quite amusing when you look at the Thunderbird model you have put up, and Musks latest attempt to land a rocket. Jet propulsion from fossil fuel. Until we find a better way, we'll have as much speed as a Stegosaraus when trying to cover the expanse of the universe.

Particle entanglement - 100's of years in the future. Mind you, didn't work out too well for that dude in The Fly. :emoticon-0112-wonde

well, they have very recently figured out, theoretically, how to make a warp drive without using the exotic particles, that probably don't exist, that they'd used last time they theoretically figured out how to make one. We just need some super dense materials that we don't currently have the technology to create.

Btw, you watch The Expanse?

No I've never watched it, although I do have Prime.

if you like realistic and political dramas, expanse is pretty good. I really liked it anyway although i haven't watch the new season yet.

Not for everyone though, its kind of slow and the plotline can be quite heavy

Some exciting news from the Mars Rover this week.

They successfully conducted and experiment where they converted Mars atmosphere into breathable oxygen, the small experiment produced around 10mins of breathable air that could be used for an astronaut in a spacesuit.

Yeah saw that a couple of days ago, was too lazy to look for the thread though.

I think it took quite a number of hours to produce 10 mins worth, which as you state is breathable, so not practical but have proven it can be done. Another small step.
