And I never claimed his dead ball deliveries were good. He has good vision, and his long and short passes were excellent in most games.

Barton doesn't look as good at QPR, but he has the talent.

Fair enough. I'll agree he was good last season, but i think it was more the system. He's definitely a good player but not as good as you were rating him last season. Over rating doesn't mean massively over rating <ok>

I agree with both of you, the system got the best out of him imo, but he was definitely one of our best players, he just needs a target man like Carroll at QPR.
