thought the BBC write up was a bit harsh toward MA WRITTEN TO ATTRACT ATTENTION! He didn't actually say "he would not be held to …. " [ SL said what to do! ]
 
I think when fit with a run of games under his belt, he is as good a left back as is in our league and that seems to be bourn out by the England set up 63 caps and counting from under 16 level to under 21level.

I say what I've seen of DaSilva, decent going forward, not so defending.

Your assumption of 'was good at youth level', is wrong he was an ever present in the squad until his injury woes began whilst playing for the under 21's in 2019 and I suspect would still either be playing for them or the under 23's still if it wasn't for his shin splint problems.

+ a better defender than Hunt and Rowe.
