Got to agree. This Maddison sounds like a complete jerk.
We don't need his sort playing for Charlton. We need professionals who will buy into the way Lee Bowyer does things.
Not sure this is right for the Club if indeed it goes forward to a conclusion. The Posh manager has gone on record as saying this player no longer figures in his plans. When asked why, because l need a settled dressing room, which is not what we have at the moment.
If indeed we are 'looking at what we spend' then l feel money spent could be better accomplished elsewhere than on this individual.
