Just announced another 200 redundancies to put the club back into profitability.
Obviously not the ridiculously overpaid and underperforming players but the proles.
Incredible that in the real world people who need the job to pay mortgage/rent lose their jobs while the players who are responsible for the real loss of income keep their jobs.

Can't like that enough.

It's ridiculous. That's about 500 since he started, probably saves no more than a couple of their first team wasters. I know it isn't that simple but it does illustrate how out of line football finances have become.
On the other hand that's a big chunk out of a big workforce, maybe it does need doing.

To be fair they’re only bringing their staffing levels back in line with other Premier League clubs, they were ridiculously overstaffed at one point.

That said it’s always sad when someone loses their job, especially as people have pointed out there’s players stealing a living at Old Trafford at the moment.

Is the cheapest match ticket now £66...? Crazy, paying that to watch them, but I guess the tourists will.

They've closed the staff canteen now.
But the good news is staff can have free fruit instead of a hot meal.

Moral through out the club must be sky high.

Expect to see them in championship some time soon

I imagine they will try not pay them any redundancy or the bare minimum the people getting the sack.
I bet it hasn’t crossed his mind, Ratcliffe, to reduce his own salary or any of his management team??

Didn’t they give ten Haag a contract extension in the summer then pay him off six months later
Didn’t they pay a fortune to get ashworth out of Newcastle, then pay him off six months later

They should have just sold up to the Saudi guy when they had the chance, the ineos experiment will fail miserably and it'll take them years to get back in the mix....if ever

Ratcliffe is starting to look like man u’s version of Martin fish. Cut costs, suck the soul out of the club and expect success. It’s a massive gamble and I predict it will not work.
