Someone who is 'just' over the 35 limit isn't charged.

You have to be deemed incapable of safely driving a vehicle to be taken to court.
Correct. My own father was stopped about 20 years ago having sunk 3 or 4 pints on a night out. He was breathalysed and was just under the limit but the copper said he could have made him wait 30 mins and he'd definitely have been over. He saw that my Dad was completely lucid and sober and let him off with a warning.

He was still a ****ing idiot but thankfully learned his lesson.

But but ..... Hev the gorra a airport, had faymass numbar 9's, were they nern as entatainazz? And a bet tha hevvvent gorra Cathedral on the hill therr butt. <laugh>

Ah but I've read somewhere that in Saudi, there are no churches, so do they still call it their Cathedral?

Mags on twitter literally saying the league cup is a bigger trophy now than it was when we made the final!! Back then I remember the mags all saying it was a Micky mouse trophy!!
Of course they'd say that - back in 2014 they were ****ing terrified of us winning it. Now it's become a more prized trophy than the Champions League

And not to mention the very tough run they've had. Think they drew with Palace and then played teams from the bottom three who have had rather more on their minds.

From memory we had to play a much improved Southampton, Chelsea, Man Utd, and that was before the £300m worth of players fielded by Abhu Dhabi in the final.
