While I think Perez's drive was fantastically impressive it was also partly just because he was on what proved to be the fastest strategy. Hamilton dominated the remainder of the field all weekend, so he tops it for me.

Special Mention to: Bruno Senna - D'Ambrosio showed how hard it is to step into that Renault mid-season; Bruno did it much better last year.
Race Rating: 9/10 Love the Italian!
Best Commentator overall: Not a commentator exactly but I was very impressed by Johnny Herbert.

  • Best Team: McLaren, for producing a good car and keeping Hamilton's head screwed on.
  • Worst Team: Red Bull, mediocre even without the double DNF.
  • Best Overtake: Perez on Kimi. Awesome move.
  • Funniest-moment: Rob Smedley trying to pretend that Ferrari weren't employing team orders. He doesn't get as many mentions in this section as he deserves.
  • Most Surprising Result: Massa 3rd (ignoring blatant team orders).
  • Least Surprising Result: Maldonado nil points.
  • Special Mention to: Hamilton, because I haven't mentioned him so far.
  • Race Rating: 10/10: A little generous in response to the votes from Ferrari fans (Forza aside).
  • Best Commentator/Presenter overall: Ben Edwards.
