Yeah I know where your coming from mate, I was fooked every weekend off 4 nights mon to thur 9hrs.
On that for about 14 months.
Had done 2day 2night 12hr, 6 off for about 13 years and time off was great.
This shift now is 4 blocks of wed thur fri night, then 4 block of sun mon tue nights. 12hrs. They're pretty good. Week off every other month and 4 days between shifts.
Shìt six as I call it every other month with only sat night off though
Hope you get back to where you want to be, best time of my life when my kids were that age.
Try and grab some kip when you can and enjoy the time with your nippers
