Edit: thought I'd read somewhere that all correspondence for this would be done by PM so the innocent wouldn't know who the heavy was. Can't see it now though :huh:

The heavy has to PM astro by 10am, so the assumption is that astro will then PM the player who they must vote for.

If the player found out who the heavy was when they get selected, that would screw the game up as after three or four days enough people would know who the heavy was to identify and lynch him.

I don't know the rules....i'm just on the rampage...so you first...ACF next....don't know MITO do i....probably a really nice guy who's going to take u out as well if your trying to persuade me to kill him <laugh>

I've already got three votes (assuming Valley eventually follows the rules) so I guess we'll see :)

IBWT:

says he is forced to vote and cannot change. He is also ineffect says he's been leaned on which in my view is actually against the rules a bit.

swarbs i think you can't assume all hat will occur but i guess assuming worst case aint bad either seeing we don't know.

Possible theories:

1. The heavy is indeed leaning on IBWT and said vote sky.

2. IBWT is mafia and is doing this to be sneaky.

3. we have all misinterpreted the comment and some other rule is in place.

examining these:

HEAVY leaned on IBWT with vote:

1. PM would come FROM ASTRO at 10am after paper with vote to give. (please read the rules, there's no point in having a heavy thats revealed day one. astro does pm in my view)

2. IBWT voted after 10 am.

IBWT is mafia...

1.game 2 and 3 performances suggest just such a move by IBWT to confuse everyone and give a reason to sit back.

2. by being public in being leaned on IBWT gives perfect cover to himself. i.e. "i am an innocent cos mafia leaned on me."

what other rule?

1. only heavy role specifically calls out a reason as ibwt intimated.


thus we can say that this vote is suspicious but does tell me either or not IBWT is mafia or innocent. Sorry biscan but you have been too sneaky before for me to just assume anything right now. Your vote puts you out there which you might have thought to do as you sat back last games. Equally you could still be innocent

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out as the first crumb on offer. I also hope that guys don't fail to remember it later in game (for good or bad) in the last game on day 2 we ended up restating day 1 all over and not using the info.

<laugh> Of course I am.

I wasn't sure whether to take part in this game or not. Having found out that there is a private forum for those that have been killed or aren't playing, I think I'd rather be there than here with a boring role. Therefore, I might yet vote for myself :p

Astro It doesn't say o can't do this so....

I got a pm from Astro just after 10am to say I had to vote for sky or else...

I then voted for him so assume the heavy has forced me to.

Must have been someone that been active on the board this morning? Or poss late last night
